Standard Plates

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom Plates

Custom/personalized plates are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Because each custom plate is made uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
